Was super excited about trying out this place since I heard of them opening a few years ago as I love paella and jamon, but left disappointed :( Ordered the fideua (described as a noodle version of paella) and felt like it didn't taste Spanish, but Asian-inspired / over saturated with soy sauce almost. The order was also min 2 person, which is understandable as they use a big pan to cook the dish, but I felt frustrated as a customer as I wanted to try more than just fideua. The Jamon experience was delicious and I enjoyed the tomato bread accompaniment. Despite the food, the ambiance and service were impeccable! Our servers were very nice and always ready to help and answer any questions.

Amazing hospitality and the best Spanish jamón dishes! Dave and his staff have gone above and beyond with this new restaurant in Victory Park. The jamón for one was a great experience. If you like cured meats like prosciutto, this is a treat for you! Craving this daily since having it my first time. The jamón croquettes were crispy and tender with just a little kick. The Mediterranean salad was refreshing and well seasoned, with lots of textures in the toppings. Will definitely order again. The octopus blew my mind. I order octopus wherever I find it on the menu, and out of all the many places in Dallas I've been, this took the cake. The plating is gorgeous, the potatoes are tender, but the octopus is the star of the show. Crispy outside and perfectly tender inside. The legs of this animal must have been massive, since they're almost as thick as a stuffed sushi roll. 100% get this if you're an octopus fan or want to become one! The carpaccio was flavorful and unique. The carbonara was cheesy and eggy, with the perfect amount of funk. Love this place, can't wait to go back with more friends and family!
